Lunch & dinner in our restaurant in Klagenfurt<\/h1>\n

Preparing food fresh for our guests – that is a great concern for us. With a lot of love, the kitchen crew in our restaurant conjures up regional and international dishes on the table. And that at lunchtime and also in the evening! By the way, connoisseurs of plant-based dishes also get their money’s worth in our restaurant. Thus, all guests with their respective food preferences are in good hands with us.<\/p>\n

As a Slow Food business and member of the AMA GENUSSREGION, chef Gregor attaches great importance to cooking seasonally and preferably using fresh ingredients and products from the region. These efforts have now also been recognised by Genussland K\u00e4rnten: We are now allowed to use the title “Genuss Wirt K\u00e4rnten”.<\/p>\n

Our guests should not miss the legendary SANDWIRTH PUDDING. We prepare it according to the original recipe of Franziska Jamek, the good soul of the house in the first half of the 20th century. The legendary hazelnut souffl\u00e9 is the flagship of the house and, so to speak, the Sacher cake of Klagenfurt.<\/p>\n<\/div>

On public holidays the kitchen is closed; breakfast is possible every day.
