Experience the culinary diversity of Carinthia, where experienced food craftsmanship meets passionate cooking. True to the motto “Good. Clean. Fair.”, we spoil you with a Slow Food evening menu in our hotel. Our philosophy is to cook regionally, freshly and seasonally – simply honestly. We only use the best ingredients from high-quality producers. 90% of all products that we use are from Austria, 70% from Carinthia. Our own Duroc pasture pigs are kept according to strict quality guidelines on our farm in Lavanttal.
Available all year round
We serve the Slow Food evening menu from Monday to Saturday. Our restaurant is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
