Fair.”, we spoil you with a Slow Food evening menu in our hotel. Our philosophy is to cook regionally, freshly and seasonally – simply honestly. We only use the best ingredients from high-quality producers. 90% of all products that we use are from Austria, 70% from Carinthia. Our own Duroc pasture pigs are kept according to strict quality guidelines on our farm in Lavanttal.
